Thanks for the report! It seems that the self-update module we are using is relying on a function that produces inconsistent results. Thank you very much for the report! We are working on a fix for this and are putting it into testing *right now*.

The repair tool won't repair the launcher. Can you provide me with some log files from the launcher\cache folder? If you don't want to pastebin them you can create a defect at https://bugs.eveonline.com/ and tell me the defect ID.
